Just like any other person my age, Robin Williams was always… there. I never knew a time when he was the hottest up-and-coming actor, he was just a part of the film industry. The type of guy that when you saw him on screen you kinda just perked up because it’s Robin Williams, you know?
The idea of someone as seemingly constant as him just leaving this Earth in such a heartbreaking manner, and I only learning about it through a twitter hashtag… I guess I’m still in shock.
What I’ve taken away from it is I’ve started saying I love you more to the people that matter… Because they might seem as infallible as Robin Williams once appeared to be in the film world, nothing lasts forever.
